Welcome to Mainline Coffee. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. SERVICES AND SCOPE
Mainline Coffee provides specialty coffee products and experiences. All orders are roasted to order and available for local pickup or flagship center delivery within Ahmedabad.
2. PAYMENTS AND BILLING
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST as per the Government of India tax laws.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Since coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or if there was a roasting defect, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or store credit.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials on this site, including text, designs, images, and roasting profiles, are the intellectual property of Mainline Coffee. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
